Charity Reid has always had a wild imagination paired with a love for books and learning, which is one of the many reasons she became an elementary educator. She always enjoys helping to cultivate a sense of wonder in her students. It wasn't until she had her own boys that she noticed the lack of diversity and representation in children's books that her boys could relate to.
