Pangbudun' er was born in Langfang, Hebei Province. She likes Peking Opera and other traditional art forms. She is an expert in drawing Chibi characters, and she is most interested in illustrating Peking Opera stories in the Chibi style. Wang Peiyu is a renowned Peking Opera laosheng actress from the Yu Shuyan School who has won numerous awards, including the Plum Performance Award and the Magnolia Stage Leading Role Award. She is also a representative of the Fifteenth National People's Congress, the vice president of the Twelfth All-China Youth Federation in Shanghai, and an executive committee member of the Fifteenth All-China Women Federation in Shanghai. In 2018, she founded the Yuyin Club and initiated a Peking Opera education project.
