Profesora Titular de Universidad en el Departamento de Economía de la Empresa y coordinadora del Grupo de Investigación NONNOBIS Social Research. Es doctora en Sociología y Ciencias Políticas. Ha recibido una veintena de premios y becas a la investigación de diversos organismos como el Ministerio de Economía, el Instituto de la Mujer y el Ministerio de Educación, entre otros. Ha publicado más de medio centenar de artículos científicos y ha participado con múltiples colaboraciones en medios de comunicación como La Vanguardia, Psychologies o Claves de la razón. Tiene en su haber 35 libros académicos, de ensayo y desarrollo personal y ha sido reconocida por sus 25 años de trayectoria profesional (COLPOSOC), como Docente Excelente (2022) y Líder en Talento Rural por sus trabajos sobre desarrollo territorial, juventud y patrimonio cultural.
