W styczniu 1992 r. do¿¿czy¿ do wydziäu informatyki Uniwersytetu USTHB, gdzie obecnie zajmuje stanowisko profesora. Jego praca obejmuje wiele tematów, w tym sztuczn¿ inteligencj¿ i wizj¿ komputerow¿.
