Terry has not drunk alcohol in 38 years, except for a ginsing in 2008 when he and his wife Barbara were in the long bar of Räes hotel in Singapore, and then in 2018 at Barbara's wake, when he wagered everyone there that they could not guess what he was drinking. The money raised went to a diabetic charity. Terry is an atheist and always has been, and only believes in what can be proven without a doubt. He hates all drugs including prescribed ones. Visiting a doctor or hospital MAKE him sick. He loved driving until recently, but has cut out all but essential driving now as fuel costs have gone up yet again. He also loathes politics and politicians and the lies everyone of them tell, even though he knows they have to lie, in order to get voted in in the ¿rst place.
