Shikha is a 3rd gen Fauji kid with an engineering degree from North Cap University and an MBA from IIM Mumbai. She has studied in 14 different schools across India from Kashmir to Assam to West Bengal to Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu & Uttaranchal. She has worked in the corporate world for almost 20 years with 15 years as a senior director with Unilever. Mother to a teenage boy & a rogue desi dog, she is still a little girl at the end of the day!
