Nascido a 14 de fevereiro de 1961 em Sarh (República do Chade), Mohammad Sa-îd ABBAZEN SA-ID é licenciado em Direito (Alexandria 2011) e estudou sucessivamente no Chade, no Sudão e em França. Ensinou nas faculdades de Direito das Universidades de N'djaména, Fayçal e Adam Barka e na ENA, e é atualmente notário no Tribunal de Recurso de N'djaména.
