Chang-xiu Yang, Dozent, hat einen Abschluss in Verkehrstechnik von der Southwest Jiao Tong University. Seit seinem Abschluss im Jahr 2012 arbeitet er als Vollzeitdozent am Chongqing Vocational College of Public Transportation und am Chongqing Vocational College of Transportation. Sein Forschungsschwerpunkt liegt auf Zugkommunikationsnetzwerken (TCN).
