Judalis Morejon Valdes, a Cuban-born US Army veteran and cosmetologist, has lived an enriching life, filled with diverse experiences. Raised in the Bronx NY, New Jersey and Los Angeles, California to Miami Fl, she's navigated various industries, from TV to car sales. A first-generation graduate, Judalis recently earned her degrees in counseling and mental health from Grand Canyon University. Now a poet, writer, and owner of the Onyx Buoyant, she passionately shares her battles with addiction and childhood trauma, aiming to connect humanity through shared struggles. A spiritual student, activist, humanitarian, wife, and mother, Judalis believes in the power of storytelling as a tool for change, connection, and inspiration.
