The book is not written to demean the character of professional educators like medical doctors, engineers, educators, lawyers and theologians from developing countries that are living in America inner-cities. Rather it captures to translate their pain, suffering and degrading conditions of their initial professional career. Perceiving America to be a place that flows with "milk and honey", million of refugee immigrants from developing countries ingloriously embraces unfavorable circumstances before entering America. For the sake of coming to America, most of these people sell properties at a very minimum cost to obtain traveling visa requirements. Other high profile nationals resign or abandon the jobs that sustain them for decades only to arrive in the United States to do odd jobs and live in substandard housing in America inner-cities.
