The author had served for over 12 years at Ethiopia's Ministry of Education and Interior plus the Imperial Board of Telecommunications.In addition, he worked under UN auspices for 27 years in Lesotho, Tanzania, United Arab Emirates, Nigeria, The Gambia, Malawi, Botswana, Swaziland, Qatar, and Uganda.He is now under retirement but actively engaged in issues of interest in the pursuit of justice for Ethiopia, and the required collaboration among the countries in the Horn of Africa.
