Chris Gaunt is deeply connected to the joys and agonies of farming in central Iowa. Her life partner Jay is a dedicated pig farmer. They have three grown children and two grandchildren. Chris spent a decade working as an active peacemaker. She was jailed for dissent numerous times between 2002 and 2012. Today she loves growing her own food, hiking, yoga, reading about spiritual things, writing, playing, and sitting meditation. Her ultimate wish is that everyone feels energetic contentment and happiness. This is her first little book.
