His behavior seemed to get worse once a girl entered his world. It wasn't until I read through his writing that I realized he felt unwanted and not worthy of being loved. This entire situation left me questioning the existence of a higher power. It made me question my parenting; I lost all confidence in being a dad. My end goal was not to write a book. Writing down my thoughts was therapy for me. The more I wrote though, the more I thought to myself, there may be others in our situation. I decided to turn my therapy into this book, hoping to help other families who are going or have gone through something similar. Just know, you are are not alone in this journey.
