Né à Kankan le 08/01/1962, il commença ses études primaires à Saramoussayah, préfecture de Mamou, puis ses études secondaires à Beyla centre en Guinée forestière ou il décrocha son bac scientifique pour continuer ses études supérieures à la faculté des sciences techniques de Conakry.
