With beautiful four color photographs, Doug Escher shares his efforts in the art of writing prose. He calls it My Sacrament in Verse and a labor of love. You will find in these pages the truth through the simplicity of rhyme. Relax and read the words one by one and experience the pleasure and fun the writer put down on paper. "I gladly say I have time left to freely spend. I'll take a second glance And give my remaining time a second chance. There's a lot I know I can improve in the time to come. I'll leave knowing I've left with something positively done!"

Autorenporträt
Douglas Escher was born into the Catholic faith and, now at the age of seventy-six, he is still living and growing his faith. For the past 35 years he has been involved in Dale Carnegie Training and the difference this work does for people greatly aligns with his faith and family. His writings were inspired by his service in the Vietnam War. Like most Vietnam vets, the struggles upon returning home were challenging. These writings were inspired by what he learned from that experience.
