Alina Tysoe is the pink-haired 30-something-year-old illustrator behind What's Up, Beanie?, a humorous autobiographical webcomic that's viewed by 1.5 million people every week. She worked as a 2D animator and storyboard artist for 4 years before diving into the world of webcomics and graphic novels. She lived in New Zealand for most of her life and currently lives with her husband in Canada.
