Have you ever felt like it would be easier to climb a mountain than complete a task? I definitely do! Everyone has their own way to get through tricky tasks, find what works for you! This story explores the alternative ways to get through a tricky or arduous task rather than basic reward and punishment approaches, particularly for those who have interest based nervous systems and/or task paralysis. Instead looking at changing approaches to tasks by implementing interest, novelty, urgency or challenge.
