SUSAN KSIEZOPOLSKI is an award-winning poet and graduate of the Humber School for Writers. She has published two poetry collections, My Words, from My Heart Through My Hands and Writing for Change, plus a writing aide workbook and journal. An advocate for mental health through the arts, she produced the documentary The Art of Wellness - Creative Path to Mental Health, shortlisted for the 2022 Best International Social Prescribing Project Award. She holds certifications as a Therapeutic Arts Practitioner and HeartMath Resilience Coach.
