Annette has over twenty years of experience supporting children and families as a relationship and play-based therapist. She also works as a consultant in mindfulness, trauma-sensitive therapies, professional reflective practice, and parenting.Annette is passionate about helping individuals and families strengthen their relationships- with themselves and with others. Her work is deeply informed by her love for mindfulness and interpersonal neurobiology. She is a trained professional practitioner with the Australian Institute of Applied Mindfulness.Annette has begun writing stories to use in her work with children and families.
