Autorenporträt
Helen Iles (born 1954) is a Western Australian author who writes in various genres, including crime, romance, suspense, and mystery. While primarily a novelist, she also writes poetry, short stories, and non-fiction, saying 'the genre is whatever falls out of my pen.' Many of her short stories have been published in collections or won awards. In 2015, Helen was awarded life membership to The Society of Women Writers WA for her service to The Society. She is an Editor and Creative Writing coach and guides new authors through to their goal of being published. All this while penning her next novel or illustrating the next children's book.
