Shailendra Singh is currently working in the Department of Electronics Engineering, at Madhav Institute of Technology and Science-Deemed University, Gwalior, India. His research interest includes modeling and simulation of semiconductor devices, especially Vertical TFET for low-power applications. He has published more than twenty-seven Scopus-indexed research papers with 6 book chapters and many national/International conferences. Balwinder Raj (MIEEE'2006) currently working as an associate professor, in the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering, at the National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, India. For further research work, the European Commission awarded him the "Erasmus Mundus" Mobility of Life research fellowship for postdoc research work at the University of Rome, Tor Vergata, Italy in 2010-2011. His areas of research interest are classical/non-classical nanoscale semiconductor device modeling, nanoelectronics and their applications in hardware security, sensors, and circuit design, FinFET-based memory design, low power VLSI design, digital/analog VLSI design, FPGA implementation. He has published more than a hundred research papers in peer-reviewed international/national journals and conferences. Arun Kumar Manoharan is working as an associate professor, in the Department of Electrical, Electronics and Communication Engineering, at GITAM (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. His current research area is the fabrication of sensor devices for biosensor applications. His research areas include energy storage applications. He has published research papers in journals and conferences. Girdhar Gopal works as an assistant professor, in the Department of Electronics and Communication Department, at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Una, India. His main research interests are in the areas of Nanoelectronics, Semiconductor devices & VLSI Design. He has published in international journals and conferences.
