J. Alleyn Winchester is the author of Artemis of Dodekatheon. He grew up listening to his father play music he wrote on his guitar before reading bedtime stories from the Children's Book of Virtues, Aesop's Fables, or The Chronicles of Narnia. The bedtime ritual inspired him to write his own tales. He fell in love with how myth and lore inspired generations of cultures and studied storytelling from a literary, theatrical, and spiritual perspective. He is married to his high school sweetheart and muse who shares his love of storytelling.
