Gwatirera Javangwe (M.Phil)is Chair of the Department of Psychology at the University of Zimbabwe. Innocent Chirisa (Ph. D)is Acting Chair in the Department of Rural and Urban Planning, University of Zimbabwe and is author of Urban and Rural Planning in Zimbabwe(Academica Press,2012).
