With over 13 years of experience in value-driven roles, Dr. Shraddha Wilfred is a proactive, analytical, and strategic educator in the field of Business Management. Her career encompasses teaching at various international institutions across Canada, India, South Africa, the United States, Oman, and Pakistan, fostering engaging and inspiring learning environments within large organizational settings. She has demonstrated a commitment to maintaining high educational standards and leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences. Her teaching experience is complemented by 10.5 years of corporate experience, including a noteworthy role as a Training and Development Partner (HR) for four years with the Equicity Project (Government of India). She has chaired two international conferences and served on the Advisory Board for the Aspire 2022 International Conference on Innovation and Modernization in Commerce, Science, Technology, Business Management, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship (ICIMBL & E). She has held leadership positions in both academic and corporate organizations, conducting analytical research and organizing international conferences that contribute to the academic community.
