Inside, you'll discover how to: * Create a shared vision and aligned mission * Navigate situational conversations with confidence and agility * Build a coaching climate where people grow, flourish, and perform Whether you're leading a small team or an entire organization, this book will help you turn insight into action and build a culture where communication fuels connection and performance.
