I open the artifact cabinet to take a closer look at the ancient statue. "Tally, I think this is a statue of me." "What?" She reaches in and picks up the statue. "I think you're...!" Suddenly, we hear a weird scraping noise coming from the floor behind us. We both spin around. "What the...!" Tally exclaims. A large stone floor tile is slowly sliding open, revealing a shallow hole in the floor. We slowly approach the opening and peer in. Neve and the Book of Magic, Book 2 begins when Neve receives a letter from her Uncle Cormac, a professor of Irish Mythology at Blackrock College. He promises to visit her in Cloone on her upcoming 13th birthday with important news about her past, present, and future.
