Brett C. McInelly is professor of English at Brigham Young University, where he specializes in eighteenth-century British literature and culture. Paul E. Kerry is associate professor of history at Brigham Young University and a research fellow at the Voltaire Foundation and a visiting fellow in the Centre for Theology and Modern European Thought at the University of Oxford.
