Lindsay McLaren is Professor of Population and Public Health at the University of Calgary, Canada; Research Associate at the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives (National Office); and Co-Editor of the Journal of Critical Public Health. Judith Green is Professor of Sociology in the Centre for Cultures and Environments of Health and the Department of Social and Political Sciences, Philosophy and Anthropology, University of Exeter, UK, and Co-Editor of the Journal of Critical Public Health. Ronald Labonté is Professor Emeritus in the School of Epidemiology and Public Health, University of Ottawa, Canada; a member of the global People's Health Movement's Steering Council; and Co-Editor-in-Chief of Globalization and Health.
