In this study, three different organic molecules containing piperazine were synthesized and characterized by FT-IR and NMR spectroscopic methods. Vibration frequencies magnetic properties (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectrum) were examined. The microbiological bacteria (three Gram-positive and two Gram-negative strains) and three fungal by using micro dilution (as MICs) and disc diffusion (as mm zone) methods.

Tuncay Karakurt werd geboren in Bayburt in 1977. Hij maakte zijn middelbare school af in Samsun. Hij studeerde in 1999 af aan de natuurkundeafdeling van de Ondokuz Mayis Universiteit. In 2012 promoveerde hij aan de Ondokuz Mayis Universiteit. Sinds 2020 werkt hij aan de Kirsehir Ahi Evran Universiteit als universitair hoofddocent. Hij heeft twee kinderen.
