Gilbert M Khadiagala is the Jan Smuts Professor of International Relations at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. Prishani Naidoo is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Sociology at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. Roger Southall is the Professor Emeritus in the Department of Sociology at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg.
