Laxman Kadam, doctor en Ciencias; estudió Ciencia de los Materiales en la Universidad Shivaji de Kolhapur. Trabaja como profesor asociado en el Instituto de Ciencias Y.C. de Satara desde hace más de 20 años. Ha publicado numerosos artículos de investigación y libros en revistas nacionales e internacionales. Ha completado varios proyectos de investigación menores de la UGC. Actualmente, cuatro estudiantes están trabajando en su tesis doctoral bajo su supervisión.
