Noise is a raw and intimate collection of 23 poems that delve into the quiet chaos of depression, grief, rage, and the fragile pursuit of healing. Written in moments of clarity and collapse, these verses give voice to the unspoken, the weight of emotion that words often fail to carry. With haunting simplicity and piercing honesty, Noise explores the emotional terrain of mental health, womanhood, and survival. This is a book for the sleepless, the grieving, the invisible, and those still learning how to stay.
