Mexico has a great tradition in the exploitation, processing and production of non-metallic minerals; many of them are industrial minerals that are used as they are found in nature according to their physical and chemical properties, providing them with a commercial added value. Therefore, this work shows a compendium of the different non-metallic minerals identified in the different regions of the state of Hidalgo, in which the physical and chemical characteristics of these minerals can be found.
