Mario J. Pinheiro is a professor at University of Lisbon. His main scientific interests are Plasma Electrodynamics, Electromagnetic Propulsion and Fundamentals of Physics.Takaaki Musha is a director of Advanced Science-Technology Research Organization. Formerly he was a research scientist of Technical Research & Development Institute of MoD, Japan.
