What lies beyond the veil separating reality from the intangible? In a mosaic of captivating and poetic tales, Daniel Guevara Silveira weaves a universe where time tears apart, and space folds to reveal secrets that transcend human understanding. From spectres whispering through willow leaves to a naturalist chronicling his own decomposition, each story delves into the boundaries of existence. Through deeply human characters, caught between the ordinary and the supernatural, the author challenges notions of fate, mortality, and memory. Notes from the Beyond is a unique journey through the dark corners of imagination, where trees sprout from fallen bodies, clocks tick backwards, and angels walk among us with unseen scars. This work questions our relationship with death, love, and the mysteries lurking in the interstices of time. Balancing the haunting with the sublime, these pages invite readers to discover whether true fear resides in the unknown or in the reflections cast by our own souls. Dare to cross the threshold and uncover what lies hidden within the cracks of the universe.
