Rakesh Kumar Mishra est né le 10 août 1973 dans le village de Jurwani, dans le district de Rewa (M.P.) en in¿ia, et a fait ses études primaires et supérieures à Dhamatari (C.G.). Il a obtenu son doctorat en août 2015 à l'université A.P.S de Rewa (M.P.) et a publié 11 articles de recherche dans des revues internationales.
