Autorenporträt
Former professional photographer and TV-show host, lawyer Richard G. Opper went on to serve as Attorney General for the Territory of Guam, where he was awarded membership in the Ancient Order of the Chamorri upon leaving office. He left the islands to settle in San Diego, where he established a career in environmental law and was regularly identified by "SuperLawyer" magazine as one of the top environmental lawyers in southern California. Opper was also a founding director of Progresso Fronterizo (Foundation for Border Progress), an organization focusing on environmental and health conditions along the US-Mexico border. An avid photographer and cyclist, Opper has published articles in the San Diego Union Tribune and professional journals.
