She was born in Bandung, Indonesia. She teaches in Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. Her books are English Syntax for Beginners (2008), Tata Bahasa Fungsional (2008), and Pengajaran Pronomina Non Asertif dalam Bahasa Inggris (2011). She actively participates in national and international conferences as presenters.
