The aim of this study was to produce vegetable cellulose nanofibrils from kraft pulp by means of a combined treatment, with the aim of reducing energy expenditure. The process was characterized by the energy expenditure measured for each sample and the yield of each gel produced. The gels obtained were characterized by their rheological properties, thermochemical properties (TGA and DTG, FTIR), crystalline aspects (XRD) and morphology (SEM and MET).
