Some of the recommendations made in this textbook would go a long way to assist the Finance and Accounting staff to improve on efficiency and effectiveness in their operation. It is, therefore, with this view that the researcher sought permission from the leadership of the University at the time to conduct a tailored research within the institution where he works in order to add value to organizational performance as an OD practitioner".

Dr. Aunga, the author of this book holds a Doctoral degree in OD,M.com and B.com degrees in Finance and Taxation. He is a lecturer atthe University of Arusha, in Tanzania with cherished years ofpractical experience in Finance and Accounting at University level.Dr. Aunga has served the University of Arusha as coordinator, Directorand Dean.
