Curtis M. Hinsley is Regents’ Professor Emeritus of history at Northern Arizona University and co-editor (with David R. Wilcox) of the first two volumes of Frank Hamilton Cushing and the Hemenway Southwestern Archaeological Expedition, 1886–1889 and Coming of Age in Chicago. David R. Wilcox was a senior research archaeologist and special assistant to the deputy director at the Museum of Northern Arizona. He is a co-editor (with Curtis M. Hinsley) of the first two volumes of Frank Hamilton Cushing and the Hemenway Southwestern Archaeological Expedition, 1886–1889 and Coming of Age in Chicago.
