Josephine Parr is a mother of 3, mental health advocate, poet, speaker, and English teacher for 23 years in the city of Camden, New Jersey. Passionate about teaching young adults about self-care and how to maintain mental health through applying strategies for holistic health on every level- spiritually, physically, and mentally. It is her goal and mission to bring awareness to the causes of depression and anxiety that surround the need for an alkaline diet, physical movement and spiritual nurturing.
