Laura Goodwin is an independent author from the West Coast of Scotland. A recent graduate of Edinburgh Napier's MA Screenwriting course, her debut novel One Last Mission releases on October 31st 2023.Writing stories has been a passion of Laura's since she was a young girl. Having begun acting at three years old, she has since gone on to achieve an NC, HNC & HND in Theatre and Performing Arts (2014, 2015 & 2016) from both Ayrshire College and West College Scotland. Laura also has a BA (Hons) degree in Film & Media from University of Stirling (2020)Laura is passionate about exploring mental health, queer and difficult themes within her writing. Being part of both the LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse community, she feels that is important to continue to bring these issues to the forefront.
