Autorenporträt
Wi Haejun studied philosophy, sociology, and creative writing in college. He writes books for children and adults to enjoy together. He is a winner of the Woongjin Junior Literature Award as well as an arts grant from the Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture. Yael Frankel was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Frankel was selected as the Illustrator of the Year at the Bologna International Children's Book Fair in 2016 and 2017. In 2019, her book The Elevator won first place in the illustration category at the Sharjah International Children's Book Fair and the grand prize in the picture book category at the Moscow International Book Fair. In 2022, Frankel received an honorable mention for the Bologna Ragazzi Award in nonfiction for ¿Quée tiene un bosque? and, in 2023, won the grand prize in fiction for Todo lo que pasó antes de que llegaras.
