Autorenporträt
Tish Egerton was born in Kansas City, Missouri. From a very young age, she began collecting "shiny rocks." Her parents would take her to creeks and streams, and there they would spend hours looking at all the stones that had been polished by the rushing water. She later attended the University of Kansas and received her BFA in sculpture, continuing to acquire new mineral specimens. In 2006 she traveled to Mt. Ida, Arkansas, and was able to dig her own crystals; it was at that moment that she realized she wasn't finding the crystals-they where finding her. From then on, she was completely hooked by the sparkle and knew that this was much more than a hobby. She believes that her purpose in the universe is to unveil what the crystals share with her and magnify them for the rest of the world to see. She also believes that these formations are directly connected to our spiritual growth on this planet and, through meditation, can facilitate a "worldwide spiritual awakening" for us all.
