Dr. P. Panneerselvam arbeitet als Bibliothekar an der B S Abdur Rahman Crescent University, Chennai. Er verfügt über 19 Jahre Berufserfahrung in akademischen Bibliotheken und promovierte in Bibliotheks- und Informationswissenschaft an der Universität Madras. Er hat über 21 Zeitschriftenartikel veröffentlicht und mehr als 45 Konferenzbeiträge gehalten. Er ist Preisträger des Preises "Best Young Librarian.
