As part of the field of career guidance psychology, approached from a psycho-sociological perspective, this research focuses on one of the foundations of active social thinking: social representations. In our opinion, these represent one of the moderating, discriminating, and even determining psychographic variables in the development of academic and professional projects.Furthermore, our study focuses, on the one hand, on the impact of the educational context in terms of shaping attitudes towards the future, expressing career choices, and reinforcing or reducing inequalities, and, on the other hand, on the effect of the school attended on academic and professional aspirations.
