Marcos de Quinto (Madrid, 1958) es un destacado empresario y político español. Su carrera más conocida fue en The Coca-Cola Company, donde comenzó en 1982. Durante su tiempo en la empresa, desempeñó diversos roles, llegando a ser el Presidente de Coca-Cola Iberia y, posteriormente, Vicepresidente Ejecutivo y Director de Marketing a nivel mundial. Bajo su liderazgo, Coca-Cola implementó estrategias innovadoras que fortalecieron su posicionamiento global. En 2019, de Quinto se unió al partido político Ciudadanos y fue elegido diputado en el Congreso de los Diputados de España por la provincia de Madrid, aunque su mandato fue relativamente breve, ya que dejó el cargo en 2020 tras desacuerdos internos en el partido. Además de su carrera en Coca-Cola y la política, de Quinto ha sido un activo inversor y asesor en varias empresas, y es conocido por su enfoque pragmático y su capacidad para liderar en entornos competitivos y cambiantes, todo ello nutrido por una profunda inquietud humanista. Él se define como ejecutivo rebelde, deportista dakariano, parlamentario liberal y activista anti-woke. Con su obra La otra vida del fugitivo (Cántico, 2024) irrumpe en el panorama literario llevando a la esfera pública su faceta más íntima y personal con una antología que recoge su creación poética cultivada desde sus años de juventud hasta la actualidad.
