James Benedict, a baby-boomer born in the rugged state of Maine. Graduated from the Maine Maritime Academy and shipped on the seas to Africa. Entered a Benedictine Monastery and learned about spirituality and scripture well. Left the Monastery and worked for International Paper for 34 years. In the twilight of his life, enjoys his grandchildren and writing.
