Passionate about how America's health can be restored through the most economical and safe tool available to everyone - Food; Tammera authored Our Journey With Food, in 2015 and the second edition in 2018. A Native of Oregon, Tammera enjoyes Oregon wild areas and time spent outdoors. She is a lover of history, sharing lost knowledge, cooking, food preserving, and exploring in her free time. She currently resides in Southern Oregon with Husband Michael, Australian Shepard Sadie, and cat Molly.
